I received faulty devices after repair. All three Trinity Devices don't work after repair!

My prepayment for non-working devices after poor-quality repairs:

I thought that I was sending devices for repair to an officially registered company. But instead of official documents about the repairs, I received a piece of paper, handwritten without a signature. As I understand it, the company tried to avoid liability in this way.
